I started training with Jason and Kevin at the beginning of the year and have been amazed with the results in such a short period. I have done many other bootcamps, cardio classes, and fitness classes on numerous occasions and I always get tired of them fairly quick. But with Jay and Kevin's format, there's ALWAYS a new challenge! They are amazing trainers for the right reasons:
1. They are in it for YOU to get to your goals
2. They are there focused on your proper technique and form which equals you being safe
3. They care more about you and your results than taking your money!!!!! If you’re not putting in the time and effort needed to get results, then they will be honest with you and tell you that this isn’t the place you should be.
4. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, they have modifications/programs designed for YOU!!
5. It's just a plain old fashioned sweat your butt off, get results, and have fun atmosphere to be in!
I have such a great time with all the other people that come out for the sessions. I really appreciate the smaller session sizes where Kevin and Jason are always walking around correcting your form (even though you don't want them too, cause then you can't slack). So bottom line is THANKS so much for all the hard work you two have put into this program and for kicking me into high gear, and maybe just maybe, I will join you for Tough Mudder in August!
