I first started working out with Kevin in May so I could get in shape for a summer full of sports, clubbing, and weekends at the beach. I have been going to the gym on and off for a year now, but I never had the motivation to achieve my full potential on my own as my workouts times were irregular. Having Kevin as a trainer helped me stay focused on my goals which kept me going to the gym regularly. Kevin's training has helped me meet my short term goals. I put on 2 pounds of muscle while losing 8 pounds of fat and I can now do full pushups! I also started running laps with Kevin. I started out only being able to do two laps around the gym, but with a bit of motivation, lots of support from Kevin and a lot of hard work, I worked my way up to doing a 5k marathon!! I highly recommend Kevin as a trainer to anyone wishing to stay on track to accomplish their fitness goals! Radmila next..... |
