My first attempt at working out, honestly, was a result of pressure from my wife to get myself back in shape. I simply decided one day that I'd had enough of the pressure and was going to go to a gym and, heaven forbid, I'd even try a trainer if it would help!! Getting that trainer has turned out to be the best thing I've ever done for myself with respect to getting in shape and making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. And I must add; it's as much a result of WHO the trainer was as it was simply having a trainer!
Having Kevin as my trainer has helped me stay focused on my goals, especially when I felt like skipping out. It has also kept me going to the gym regularly so that in the end I have seen the results that I had in mind when I started. As part of my training, Kevin introduced me to exercises and gym equipment that I had never used before. He has helped me develop a number of exciting workout routines that gave me more options to keep them interesting. Kevin's help over the past months will keep me using the gym to its full potential for years to come.
Kevin's training has helped me meet one short term goal of running a 5k race! I've seen results both in my shape, my energy, and in how I feel about myself. I would highly recommend Kevin as a trainer to anyone who is determined to see results in their physical and emotional fitness!
