I started training with Kevin so I could learn sport specific training techniques in order to improve my performance for my competitive curling career. In our time together, I have developed much more muscular endurance and the ability to recover faster than I ever have before!
Training with Kevin has also helped me to decrease my body fat percentage. I feel stronger, healthier, and better able to complete everyday activities. I have also evened out some of the muscle imbalances that I have developed over my competitive sport career. Thanks to Kevin, I have now become more confident in strength training on my own. I like how he has given me the knowledge to use the equipment I have at home to increase the difficulty of different exercises. I really like the workouts Kevin puts together because they are different every time I come in. I particularly like the variety of equipment he uses. At some other gyms, trainers only use traditional machines so the workouts can become very monotonous. Not when training with Kevin though, I always get excited to see what he is going to come up with next! Hollie next..... |
