I have been working out with Kevin as my personal trainer since February 2007. I was going to start to race a stock car and my goal was to improve my stamina and upper body strength because I need to be in control of my 3300 pound car. This was my first time going to strength train, so I needed someone to show me how to use the equipment and how to push myself to my maximum potential. What I didn’t expect was how personable Kevin was and how you could talk to him about anything. Going to the gym was something I looked forward to because I had lots of fun and so did Kevin. He introduced me too a lot of new things such as The Bosu and the “Infamous Bag Push”! Kevin helped me reach my goals and I am enjoying a great year of racing! Stephen next..... |
